Key Accomplishments in Leadership
*Developed PricewaterhouseCoopers’ nation-wide annual remuneration analysis report on behalf of senior executive management.
*Implemented, integrated, and managed 5 information reporting systems Received the H.C. Miller Ownership Award for my contributions.
*Wrote and directed all aspects of a theatrical production that included managing a cast and crew of 60+ individuals with resources and people from 3 separate organizations, managing a several thousand dollar budget, and had a record attendance of 500 – 600 attendees.
*Received national and local recognition from SHRM for my work in reviving and leading my local SHRM chapter. My work resulted in the development of a strong leadership team, growing membership from scratch to roughly 30+ members, and securing thousands in funding.
*Part of the largest amalgamate project in New Zealand history and one of the largest in the world merging 8 existing city councils and 8,000 staff into one “Super City” council, during which I led and trained a small team in the development of plans to place nearly 200 staff in a matter of weeks.
*Led a Health and Wellness Committee and assisted in the administration of the company’s self-funded employee health insurance plan which resulted in cost savings of $100,000 in 2007 and a company health assessment score increase from 69.8 in 2007 to 73.3 in 2008, exceeding the 70.3 national average.
