Acquisition Due Diligence** is an analysis of Lifetime fitness, a strong sustainable fitness company, and the due diligence of a potential acquisition target, LA Fitness. After examining both companies cross-departmentally (Management, Finance, Marketing, etc.), it purposes an acquisition strategy on behalf of Lifetime Fitness.

International Marketing is an analysis targeted at assessing the challenges, risks, and environment surrounding doing business in Israel. It looks at elements such as culture, history, and the current economic status of the country from a business perspective.
